Fatal Shooting Under Investigation

According to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched after receiving reports of a shooting at a residence in the Willowsford community.

Upon arrival, officers located an adult woman who had sustained fatal injuries.

The bulletin advised officers that he should be considered armed and dangerous.

The circulating alert also referenced two vehicles reportedly associated with the investigation:

• A Kia Sportage rental vehicle displaying Florida license plates

• A white Lincoln Aviator registered in Virginia
